Why do the leaves on my plant start to turn yellow?

I transplanted some flower plants. The leaves are turning yellow. I use to know what that ment but forgot. I don't know if it's water the plant needs or something else. Let me know right away. Thanks!

Why do the leaves on my plant start to turn yellow?
Could be too little water, or over fertilizing.

If the plants start turning yellow from the tips of the leaves up, it's a tell tale sign that you are actually overwatering your plants.

Good luck.
Reply:could it be that the water is not draining out well enough and the roots are waterlogged?
Reply:the plant is lacking on magnesium. Magnesium is an essential constituent of chlorophyll. Lack of magnesium will exihibit yellow leaves since chlorophyll cannot be synthetize
Reply:it is either too much water or not enough.
Reply:it means that your not giving it enough water ore its not getting enough sunlight did you make sure that the pot was big enough for it
Reply:It means that you need to stop pe'ing on them and they won't turn yellow!
Reply:When plants do not receive sufficient sunlight, the pigment chlorophyll gets reduced and thus the green colour of the leaf turns yellow.U must provide sufficient water too.

water and sunlight provide starch 4 the plant to retain the colour of the leaf .
Reply:You are eather not giving it enough water or to much.

It is dieing.
Reply:Don't be lazy start using the toilet !
Reply:Sometimes a plant becomes shocked at transplantation. It should come out of shock in a few days. If not, then it could be soil, water, root disease, or an insect problem. Hopefully, the problem is due to the initial response.
Reply:Easy The plants is sick.
Reply:I'm pretty sure it means the plant has too much water. Set it in the sun to dry it out a bit.
Reply:your soil needs nitrogen
Reply:If the leaves are yellow and dry, you aren't watering enough. Water more often. If the leaves are yellow and limp, you are watering too much and the minerals in the soil have been flushed out. Re-pot them in new soil and use a plant feeder like Miracle-Gro in the water.
Reply:cuz they are dieing man
