Ok theres this plant out back that looks identicle to marijuana and it sprouts a yellow flower...wtf is it?

The chinese Maple looks just like weed....I don't know if it blooms though....weed does...but then it is hella weakened by then and would be bogus....but anyway...DON'T SMOKE IT!!!....god that guy above me is trying to mess up you!!!...what if it ISN'T weed??......BADHEADACHE!! ....OW!.....


also... there is a weed that grows by my house that really looks like a budded out plant at maturity and it's not the real deal either......

I wouldn't smoke it unless I was sure. Weed usually smells like weed even when it's really small. Many plants have secondary metabolites and can be very harmful if smoked. In fact, so is marijuana. Also if it has flowered then it should be dead already or dying soon since marijuana is an herb.
Reply:it could be marijuana...the male plants produce yellow flowers...they don't produce buds, the females do...but they do produce yellow flowers...so you might have a male marijuana plant....oh and the chinese maple DOES NOT look like a marijuana plant...its a tree whose leaves resemble the indica leaves...except they are red pfff
Reply:Marijuana has yellow flowers and dried leaves used for smoking. But the yellow pollens collected from flowers are more potent than its leaf couterpart.
