What do people think about these flowers?

Alright, I know this decision is up to me, and me alone, but I have a bad eye for color and picturing things. lol

I was thinking about asking my florist to make this bouquet, http://florists.ftd.com/pricechopper/pro... but with yellow flowers instead of peach. It is a summer wedding and the bridesmaid dresses are dark blue. I think the peach also looks good, but I wanted something bright to lighten up the dresses.

Would the colors look good, or any other ideas/suggestions?

Thanks!

I think the yellow and white together will be quite pretty. The peach are pretty, too, but I agree with going yellow. Make it yellow roses, like this is peach roses, not something like gerbera daisies, that would just be too much bright yellow.

Don't go with red and white, because with the dark blue dresses you would look too patriotic, not that there is anything wrong with being patriotic, just not was wedding colors, in my opinion.

Light orange, lavender, pink all would look nice. I know this is going to sound bizarre, but go down to the hardware store and pick out a paint chip that matches the bridesmaids dress color, and pick up other chips and see how they look together.

Best wishes on your upcoming nuptials.
Reply:Yellow would be washed out with the cream. I think the peach would look fine with the blue. You could have blue touches within the bouquet, something little, and maybe blue ribbon.
Reply:Consider yellow and peach with a touch of white.
Reply:I think it would be beautiful either way.

Peach would be nice for a more soft romantic look. Yellow would be a little more in- your-face.. youd have to watch out for it looking like a crayola-fest haha.. but you could pull it off.

Very pretty! good luck
Reply:Hey i have a better idea and go to FTD.com and click on Vera

Wang. She designed these really pretty bouquets that are much cheaper in price than what that price is on that web site.

Reply:That's really pretty...either yellow or peach would work...
Reply:I LOVE the yellow with the dark blue! It will really pop! I think you should ditch some of the greenery, I feel that bridal parties don't have the greens in them as often anymore.
Reply:Lillies and roses are absolutely gorgeaous for a wedding. I would get the lillies that are white with the pink in the middle like in this picture, they are also beautifully scented:

And combine them with white or cream and pink roses:

Just a suggestion.
Reply:I like the idea. Good choice.
Reply:OH! Those are beautiful! :-)
Reply:I like it and think a mix of yellow, peach and the white would be gorgeous. Or you can just switch out like you are thinking now.
Reply:remove the daylillies, replace with yellow and use a blue flower and keep the white stephonitis. (talk with florist) to reflect dresses. I love peach and it goes beautiful with blue.
Reply:As long as you used a soft yellow I think the yellow and white would look good together
Reply:I think they would be lovely!
Reply:I think the yellow flowers would look great. U are using blue bridesmaid dresses. It will bring out the color more. It will be very pretty. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!
Reply:There beautiful I guess you have great taste
Reply:that would be BEAUTIFUL! good choices
Reply:They're beautiful. I would stay with that colour theme, though. I think yellow would stand out just way too much.
