a) yellow flower crossed with red flower

b)orange flower crossed with an orange flower

c)orange flower crossed with yellow flower

d)orange flower crossed with red flower

final tomorrow, forgot how to do this..

help?

In a flower, yellow is co-dominant to red. the heterozygous flower is orange. predict ratio of offspring cross
lets just say that yellow is rr and orange is Rr and red is RR.

A)rr x RR makes all orange or Rr

B)Rr x Rr makes a 1:2:1 ratio 1RR:2Rr:1rr

C)Rr x rr makes a 1:1 ratio orange:yellow

D)Rr x RR makes another 1:1 ratio Red:orange

Just remember to break up your genes and to use your squares (sorry forgot the name)
Reply:Wait, so is the yellow the recessive gene or the dominant?
